PVFCCo - Phu My (DPM) sets double-digit growth plan for 2026

It is projected that profit before tax will be VND 850 billion, and profit after tax will reach VND 680 billion.

Regarding production output, converted Phu My Urea reaches 902.7 thousand tons; Phu My NPK reaches 180.0 thousand tons; and UFC 85 reaches 10.0 thousand tons.

Regarding sales volume, Phu My Urea and Phu My Urea-based products reach 833.0 thousand tons; Phu My NPK reaches 180.0 thousand tons; trading fertilizers reach 310.0 thousand tons; manufactured chemicals reach 99.5 thousand tons, and trading chemicals reach 29.6 thousand tons.

Operational efficiency indicators: The Return on Average Equity (ROAE) is 6.1%. The Return on Total Assets (ROA) reaches 3.9%.

Regarding financial structure, the debt-to-equity ratio is maintained at a quite safe level of 0.55 times.

The plan target for the parent company in 2026 is total revenue reaching VND 15,295 billion. This plan is built on the basis of owner's equity at VND 10,635 billion, in which average charter capital is at the level of VND 6,800 billion. These indicators reflect the enterprise's strategy of development and capital optimization in the coming year.

In 2026, Phu My builds a plan for total investment capital demand of VND 1,163.3 billion, allocated to main categories including: basic construction investment VND 582.6 billion, procurement of assets and equipment VND 371.7 billion, and financial investment/capital contribution VND 210.0 billion. The total investment demand uses owner's equity sources, with no plan for borrowing capital.

Notably, the dividend payout rate on charter capital is expected to be at the level of 12% for 2026.

In 2025, with profit after tax far exceeding the set plan, DPM may pay dividends exceeding the expected 12%.

Phu My has just officially announced the successful production and market launch of the Phu My DAP product, marking an important development step in the strategy of expanding the high-quality fertilizer portfolio and proactively securing supply to serve Vietnam's agriculture.
