On April 13, 2026, PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation (Phu My) held a ceremony to announce and present the reappointment decisions for two Deputy General Directors, further strengthening its executive management structure to ensure organizational stability and continuity in corporate governance.

Specifically, pursuant to resolutions of the Board of Directors:

Mr. Ta Quang Huy was reappointed as Vice President for a term of five (05) years, effective April 28, 2026.
Ms. Tran Thi Phuong Thao was reappointed as Vice President effective March 30, 2026, and will serve until reaching the statutory retirement age.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hoa — Party Secretary and Chairman of the Board of Directors — acknowledged the significant contributions of both appointees over the years, particularly their role in supporting the Corporation's leadership in sustaining stable production and business operations, enhancing governance effectiveness, and proactively adapting to market conditions.

The Corporation's leadership called on both Deputy General Directors to continue leveraging their experience and managerial expertise, to focus on the effective execution of key priorities, and to contribute to the achievement of Phu My's strategic objectives and long-term sustainable growth in the period ahead.

In their remarks, the reappointed Deputy General Directors expressed sincere appreciation for the trust placed in them by the Corporation's leadership. They pledged to remain dedicated, proactive, and innovative in their management responsibilities — working alongside the entire Phu My team to successfully deliver on the Corporation's established goals.
