Petrovietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation (PVFCCo – Phu My, stock code: DPM) has announced that the Phu My Fertilizer Plant has commenced a shutdown for periodic general maintenance. This is one of the Plant's largest turnarounds, involving over 5,500 work items and mobilizing more than 1,700 personnel from Phu My, Petrovietnam subsidiaries, and specialized experts and contractors. Alongside routine maintenance, Phu My is simultaneously installing, connecting, and integrating nearly 20 other critical items to optimize production and prepare for projects in the near future.

With over 20 years of operational experience, Phu My has meticulously prepared for this turnaround across all aspects, including preparation, supply chain coordination, and collaboration with relevant industry units. "Safety – Quality – Progress – Efficiency" are the primary criteria Phu My has set for this maintenance period. These are implemented through synchronized solutions ranging from preparation and control of materials, services, and human resources to the issuance of plans, guidelines, and quality/progress/HSE controls. Notably, digitalization (via 45K1 software) is being applied for early preparation, time savings, real-time monitoring, and strict record management throughout the process.

Due to a certain level of operational independence, the Phu My NPK plant and dispatch areas continue to operate stably. Detailed plans for supply preparation and regulation are in place, ensuring that Phu My's business activities will proceed normally throughout the maintenance period. On December 17, 2025, Phu My launched a peak emulation campaign titled "38 days and nights of creative labor for Plant turnaround, ensuring Safety – Quality – Progress – Efficiency." This initiative aims to excellently complete this vital maintenance phase while preparing for new projects within the Phu My Plant Complex, fostering sustainable and long-term development capacity for Phu My in the coming time.
