On April 23, Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Joint Stock Company (BSR) held the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM), presenting the business performance results for 2024 and the plan and tasks for 2025 in an online format.

BSR held the 2025 Annual General Meeting

This is the first AGM that BSR has held in an online format. This AGM is expected to make many important decisions for 2025, especially in the context of the refining and petrochemical industry, which is forecasted to face significant challenges

Attending the General Meeting, from the Vietnam National Industry - Energy Group (Petrovietnam), a major shareholder representative, was Mr. Bui Minh Tien – Member of the Member Council

Mr. Bui Ngoc Duong, Chairman of the BSR Board of Directors, delivered the opening speech at the AGM

The Presidium chaired the AGM: Mr. Bui Ngoc Duong – Chairman of the BSR Board of Directors (center); Mr. Khuong Le Thanh – Member of the Board (left); and Mr. Hang Anh Minh – Independent Member of the Board (right)

Mr. Tran Bao Quoc – Head of the Shareholder Eligibility Verification Committee – presented the “Report on Shareholder Eligibility Verification”

The screen showed 51 seconds remaining for the shareholders’ online voting session. This is the first time BSR has organized its AGM online. The application of technology in hosting the online AGM demonstrates the Company’s commitment to continuous innovation and improvement in corporate governance, aiming for transparency, efficiency, and sustainability

Mr. Nguyen Viet Thang – General Director of BSR – presented the 2024 business performance results and the 2025 business plan to the AGM. In 2024, BSR successfully achieved its targets for production output, revenue, and state budget contributions as approved by the AGM

Mr. Khuong Le Thanh – Member of the Board of Directors – presented the report on the 2024 final settlement of the salary and remuneration fund, as well as the proposed 2025 salary and remuneration fund plan for the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board

Mr. Hoang Dinh Nhat – Head of the Supervisory Board – presented the 2024 activity report of the Supervisory Board and each of its members, along with the orientation and tasks for 2025

Mr. Hang Anh Minh – Member of the Board of Directors – presented the proposal on amendments and supplements to the Charter of Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Joint Stock Company, as well as the proposal on the approval of transactions

Mr. Bui Ngoc Duong – Chairman of the BSR Board of Directors – responded to shareholders’ questions

Leaders of Petrovietnam and BSR presented flowers to congratulate the newly re-elected and newly appointed members of the Board of Directors. Among them, Mr. Nguyen Viet Thang – General Director of BSR – and Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Quynh were newly appointed, while Mr. Khuong Le Thanh and Mr. Nguyen Van Hoi were re-elected as members of the Board of Directors

Mr. Vo Tien Binh – Head of the Secretariat of the AGM – presented the meeting minutes and resolutions of the AGM for approval

Mr. Tran Bao Quoc – Head of the Election and Voting Committee – announced the voting results at the AGM

Mr. Bui Minh Tien – Member of the Member Council of the Vietnam National Industry - Energy Group (Petrovietnam), representing the major shareholder, delivered a speech at the AGM
