• Target 2025: Achieve Maturity Level 3.0 (The "Defining" stage), where data becomes the epicenter of governance and operations.

• Vision 2026-2030: Advance to Level 4.0, completing a comprehensive digital ecosystem characterized by advanced automation and deep integration of emerging technologies.
